Entering The Us With A Cocaine Conviction Entering The US With Drug Conviction?

Entering the US with drug conviction? - entering the us with a cocaine conviction

A year ago my friend was arrested for possession of cocaine. It ends up as a fine and community service. We come to the States next year, but not sure if allowed to enter, he called the U.S. Embassy in London, who said he had to wait until 9 months after the conviction and then be nice, but then I am "I read on the website of the U.S. immigration authorities, which are currently exempt from visa-waiver program and must apply for a visa to go on holiday, but will probably refuse. Every idea that the situation would be more likely, is it worth it?

It should not be admitted to a conviction for a crime as a medicine.

Be returned because of the 0-tolerance policy will be on the next plane.
