How Does Flavour Enhancement Work Does Anyone Have Any Tips For Adding A Good Flavour To Milk Poached Cod?

Does anyone have any tips for adding a good flavour to milk poached cod? - how does flavour enhancement work

My first encounter with him yesterday and he was fine, except that it seems pretty boring, and I wonder whether anyone any advice or tips on things that can be added to it has extra taste?
Preferably, please health tips because I am diabetic and very health conscious.

Hello,

instead of regular milk, try the coconut milk. has led to a boil in a pot, add the ginger (or galangal if you can), a small cube of chicken broth, fish sauce, lemon grass, basil, cilantro, juice and zest of lemon and a little red bell pepper (chopped), if They clearly like it.

"Do not cook the coconut milk is shared!".

Simmer 20 minutes, stress, overheating and poach the fish in coconut milk and seasonings. You need to cook a fish and tasty Thai soup (Tom Ka), who served with steamed jasmine rice or fried rice.

If you are health conscious, you can taste low-fat milk, coconut, should not be so different from total fat.

Not so sure about the milk from coconuts, as it does to you, a diabetic.

I hope this gave him an idea.

Try finely chopped onion, carrot, leek and bay leaf in the poaching liquid, salt and pepper to taste. If you can cook if you wanted to use the poaching liquid to make a cheese sauce with parsley. (2 ounces melted butter in a saucepan 1 serving of corn flour, mix well and add one quarter or one quart of milk and boil strring all the time. Add the grated cheese, parsley and seasonings, if necessary). The sauce does not fit your healthy diet, but very beautiful! Bon Appetit!

Add a little grated cheese (soft, smooth, Stong, mature, extra torque) of your choice and some chopped chives.

The flavor is "not of this world."

Things in a note to crush backround light and graceful, with a few black peppercorns, try a leaf and a few sprigs of parsley, a little more interesting half teaspoon garam masala or curry powder rather should

before adding the milk (roast) and other nuts, hot, dry pan to the natural oils (almond version we think are very good for diabetics) May add fresh vanilla? Sauté onion peppers with nuts? Check ur food! Smooth and enjoy fresh parsley
